Web design agency for challenger brands
RED Sloth Media is a web design agency for challenger brands. We design marketing sites and product pages that do a job: explain the product, earn trust in seconds, and turn a visitor into a signup, a demo, a purchase or an enquiry — in India's metros and in foreign markets alike.
Most challenger websites fail in the same way: they describe the company, not the customer; they look polished and say nothing; they bury the one action that matters under five menus and a hero video. A challenger cannot afford that, because it gets one chance with a visitor who already knows the incumbent. Our web work starts from that visitor. What do they need to believe, in what order, before they act? The answer shapes the page: headline, proof, product, pricing signal, call to action — in that order, with nothing in between that does not earn its place. We design for SaaS companies that need signups, startups that need launches to land, and individuals whose site is their reputation. If your site is a brochure, we will rebuild it as a salesperson. If your site already converts, we will find the next leak instead of redesigning for its own sake.
What's included
Marketing website design
Home, product, pricing, about and landing pages as one system, with a single voice and a single job per page. Every page answers one question and asks for one action.
Landing page design
Pages built for a single campaign, a single audience and a single conversion, with the message matched to the ad or post that sent the visitor there.
User experience (UX)
Structure, flow and hierarchy before visuals: what the visitor sees first, second and third, and what happens when they hesitate. UX is the argument; visuals are how it is delivered.
User interface (UI)
Type, colour, spacing and components that make the site feel like the brand, not like a template with a logo swapped in.
Interaction and motion design
Scroll, hover and reveal behaviour that guides attention without distracting from the action. Motion is used to explain and to direct, never as decoration alone.
Design systems
Reusable components so new pages, sections and campaigns stay consistent without a redesign every time marketing needs something.
Development
Webflow, Shopify or full-stack builds, chosen by what the site needs to do, not by what is fashionable. A marketing site and a product site are different builds, and we say so.
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
After launch, the work is measurement: where visitors drop, what they ignore, and what to change next. A site that is never measured is a guess, not a salesperson.
Process
Understand the visitor
Who lands here, what they already believe, and what they need to believe before they act. We map the page to that journey, not to an org chart.
Structure first
Sections, headlines and calls to action in order, agreed as a wireframe. Copy and hierarchy are settled before visual design, because a beautiful page with the wrong order still does not convert.
Design the system
Homepage, key inner pages and components as one visual system, so the site feels designed rather than assembled.
Build and test
Development with real content, real devices and real load conditions. We test the pages people actually land on, on the phones they actually use.
Launch and optimise
Launch, measure, and change the weakest section first. Optimisation is part of the engagement, not a separate invoice after the fact.

Pricing signals
Typical range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,75,000 in India, $1,000 – $3,500 internationally. Range depends on page count and build type: a focused marketing site sits at the lower end; a larger site with a design system and full-stack build sits at the upper end. Do you need a full redesign, or just a fix?
You need a full redesign when the brand, product or audience has changed. You need a fix when traffic lands on one or two pages that underperform — in that case, fix the first screen, the copy order and the action on those pages first, and measure before rebuilding anything else.
- Full redesign: brand, product or audience has changed
- Fix first: one or two landing pages underperform
- Fix first: first screen, copy order and action
- Measure after each fix, before considering a rebuild
Frequently asked questions
What makes a website convert instead of just looking good?
Order and clarity. A converting site tells the visitor, in the first screen, what the product is, who it is for, and what to do next — then proves it, then asks again. A site that only looks good usually fails the first screen: it is vague, it talks about the company, and it hides the action.
Do you design in Webflow, Shopify, or custom code?
All three, chosen by need. Webflow suits marketing sites that the team wants to edit. Shopify suits stores. Full-stack suits products and custom functionality. We recommend the build that fits the site's job, and we say plainly when a simpler build is enough.
Should I redesign my whole site, or just the landing pages?
Start where the traffic lands. If most visitors arrive on one or two pages, fixing those pages usually moves the number faster than a full redesign. A full redesign is right when the brand, the product or the audience has changed — not when one page is underperforming.
How do you handle copy? Do I have to write it?
We structure and shape the copy around the visitor's journey, and we work with your existing copy where it is strong. If copy needs writing from scratch, that is scoped as part of the project, not assumed — a site with the wrong words will not convert, however good the design is.
What happens after launch?
Measurement and optimisation. We look at where visitors drop, which sections are ignored, and what the next change should be. A launch is the start of the site's working life, not the end of the project.
