Ad creative agency

RED Sloth Media is an ad creative agency. We make paid social and campaign creative that turns a click into a customer — designed for the platform it runs on, tested against the last version, and iterated until it stops improving.

Most ad creative fails for a boring reason: it was made for a presentation, not for a feed. A feed is a hostile place for an ad. It competes with friends, creators and news, it is seen for two seconds, and it is judged before it is read. Creative that works there is specific, fast and honest: one idea, one visual, one action, in the first second. Our ad work is built for that. We design for paid social and campaign use — the image, the video, the headline and the landing page it points to, as one piece, because an ad that promises one thing and lands on another wastes the click it just bought. We work with SaaS companies that need trials, startups that need launches to convert, and consumer brands that need sales, in India's metros and in foreign markets. We do not buy media and we do not manage ad accounts as a standalone service — we make the creative that media buying runs on, and we work with your media team or your account, not instead of them. If your ads are getting clicks and no customers, or no clicks at all, the creative is the first place to look, and it is the place we fix.

What's included

Paid social creative

Images and videos designed for the feed they run in: vertical, fast, captioned, and built for sound-off viewing, because most feed video is watched without sound.

Campaign design

A campaign as a set, not a single ad: the idea, the variants, and the sequence, so the second ad a person sees is not a repeat of the first.

Landing page match

Creative and landing page designed together, so the headline, the promise and the action match. A mismatch here is the most common reason a good ad fails.

Testing and iteration

Variants tested against each other, winners kept, losers replaced. Iteration is part of the engagement, not an extra round after the campaign ends.

Direct response design

Creative built for an action — signup, trial, purchase, enquiry — with the action visible, specific and easy, not buried under brand copy.

Brand-safe templates

Templates your team can reuse for the next campaign without breaking the brand, so speed does not cost consistency.

Process

  1. Diagnose the leak

Clicks without customers, or no clicks at all, are different problems with different fixes. We start by finding which one you have, from the ad to the landing page to the action.

  2. One idea per ad

Each ad gets a single idea, a single visual and a single action. Ads that try to say everything say nothing in two seconds.

  3. Build the set

Variants for the same idea — different hook, different visual, different format — so testing has something to test, and the campaign does not depend on one guess.

  4. Test and iterate

Run, compare, keep the winner, replace the loser, and repeat. Creative improves by iteration, not by a single brilliant concept.

  5. Hand over the system

Templates, learnings and the next set of variants, so your team can keep producing creative that works after the engagement ends.

Pricing signals

Typical range: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 in India, $400 – $1,250 internationally. Monthly range, depending on volume and formats: a focused social set sits at the lower end; a multi-format campaign with video and iteration sits at the upper end. Media spend is separate and is not included. See the pricing page for the full range and custom engagements. See full pricing.

Should you fix the ad, the page, or the audience first?

Fix the leak you have: if nobody clicks, fix the ad; if people click and leave immediately, fix the landing page match; if people engage but never buy, fix the audience or the offer. Changing all three at once teaches you nothing, because you will not know what worked.

  • No clicks: the ad is the leak
  • Clicks with immediate exits: the landing page is the leak
  • Engagement without sales: the audience or the offer is the leak
  • Fix one leak, measure, then move to the next

Frequently asked questions

What is ad creative, and how is it different from media buying?

Ad creative is what people see and click: the image, video, headline and landing page. Media buying is who sees it, where, and for how much. Creative decides whether the click happens and whether it converts; media buying decides who gets the chance to click. We make the creative. We do not replace a media buyer.

Why do my ads get clicks but no customers?

Usually one of three leaks: the ad promises something the landing page does not deliver, the landing page asks for too much too soon, or the ad attracts the wrong people. The fix starts by matching the ad and the page, then by tightening the action, then by changing the audience — in that order.

How many ad variants do I need?

Enough to test, not so many that nothing learns. A campaign with one ad is a guess. A campaign with fifty ads is noise. A small set of variants around one idea — different hooks, different visuals — is usually enough to find a winner and iterate from it.

Do you make video ads?

Yes, for feed use: short, vertical, captioned, designed for sound-off viewing. Feed video is judged in the first second, so the hook, the product and the action all appear early, not after a brand introduction.

Is ad spend included in your price?

No. Our price is for creative and iteration. Media spend is paid to the platform, separately, and the amount depends on your audience, market and goals. We will tell you honestly if a budget is too small for the creative to learn anything.
